Moonlight Dinner: Cork & Pork - Asian Style! Music by Caroline Beverley & Gap Civil

With the full moon on Thursday, Oct. 1st, this moonlight dinner should be spectacular! The event is 6:30 p.m. - 9 p.m. by prepaid reservations only. Our menu is an Asian inspired twist to BBQ created by Chef Jeff Taylor of Liberty Catering Company with pork & lettuce from two local sources, Ridenour Ranch in Thurmond, NC and Greenhouse Towers right here in State Road, NC!

Music for the evening features local friend Caroline Beverley & Gap Civil returning for a 3rd time to Grassy Creek. Our 2019 Moonlight dinner was one to remember…so don’t miss out on this one!

Menu: Starter: Amuse-Bouche (creation of the day) Dinner: Asian Style Pork Meatballs w/Cilantro Lime Rice, Korean Baked Beans, Salad in a Jar with choice of white balsamic or mandarin orange lemon vinaigrette, herbed bread. Dessert: Grassy Creek dessert Bars to pair with your favorite Grassy Creek wine!
