VALENTINE'S DAY CELEBRATION & 2010 RED BARN BLEND RELEASE!

Bring your sweetheart or come with friends to celebrate the season of love at Grassy Creek Vineyard & Winery, Saturday, February 11th! Both day and evening events feature live music along with the release of our much anticipated 2010 Red Barn Blend! As a special Valentine promotion for the day, the new 2010 Red Barn Blend will have discounts for half case and full case purchases.

What: Evening of Wine, Music & Dinner
When: Saturday, February 11, 2012
Time: 6:30 p.m. - 10:00 p.m. Music begins at 7:00 p.m., dinner at 7:30 p.m.
Where: Our cozy Red Barn Tasting Room
Cost: $20 per person; wine club members $15 per person
Dinner: Italian dinner buffet style with a special hand-made chocolate truffle by Trosly Farm for dessert!

Music provided by Yadkin Counties own Closest Kin! Working on many stages in various capacities, brother and sister Russell Caudle and Lauren Caudle formed an official duo in 2006. Some of their favorite artists are Patsy Cline, Heart, Johnny Cash, Janis Joplin, Van Morrison, Elvis & Aretha Franklin. Working with family is a way that no amount of practice or stage experience can replace. Closest Kin attempts to bring family to stage through years of shared song experience. Don't miss out on this fun act!

A taste of our new 2010 Red Barn Blend is included upon arrival! Wine is available for purchase all evening by the glass or bottle. Don't forget that Klondike Cabins are just steps away from the tasting room. Make your reservation for an overnight stay while there is availability!

Please also join us during the day along with all the Very Surry Wineries as we celebrate Wine, Music and Chocolate during our regular tasting room hours of 12-6 p.m. Music by local Elkin talent, Parker- Brenegar duo featuring keyboard, guitar and bass from 1:30-5:30. You will love them as they share their love of music! Decadent chocolate brownies will be served all day!

Grassy Creek Hiking Trail

Our Grassy Creek Hiking Trail is a wonderful winter experience. The bare trees, brisk air, gurgling creek, and dusting of snow every once in awhile makes it a peaceful respite amidst nature. To really get in touch with the season we can't recommend it more.

Come for a stroll along the trail, and then come warm up in our Red Barn Tasting Room with a taste or two of Grassy Creek wines!
